“A favorite memory is the recording of Traveler’s Prayer in 2010 for our first album, Down Through The Winters. We had struggled to record the song in a morning taping session and none of the takes were what we were hoping for. In the mid-afternoon after a break I decided to give it one more try and it was magical from the first note to the last. There are only a handful of moments in my musical life that have been truly transcendent – when something beyond ourselves takes over our souls for a few precious minutes – this was one of them.”
